Product Description Lightweight, stackable, durable (we bet you know someone who's had their set over twenty years and it's still un-chipped), Corelle is a suitable choice for active households. Winter Frost's white simplicity is the ultimate in versatility.
Amazon.com Review Simple, classic, and roomy, this 32-ounce bowl is perfect for serving party snacks, a large green salad, or last night's leftovers. Like the rest of Corelle's Winter White dinnerware, it's also well matched for the demands of a busy kitchen, stacking neatly to save cupboard space, resisting chips and breaks, and sporting a lightweight design that travels easily. The line's exceptional durability comes from Corelle's unique lamination process that thermally bonds three layers of glass, resulting in dinnerware that will work hard and demand little for years to come. With a gleaming Winter Frost White finish, this sleek bowl features gently sloping sides and a rounded, flared rim that's easy to hold and prevents spills. An unfussy addition to any décor, this piece also goes conveniently into the dishwasher, freezer, oven, and microwave. Corelle backs its products with a three-year warranty against chips, breaks, and stains. --Kara Karll

I love these bowls February 11, 2010 Brett (Michigan United States) These are great. They are very sturdy. I don't worry about them chipping or cracking if I happen to drop them. They clean up very easily and, after years of use, they still look brand new. The 1 quart size is perfect for my needs. I use them on a regular basis. I microwave/cook in them and eat out of them. I also have one of the 2 quart bowls for when I need something a little larger to microwave in. What more can you say about bowls? I love these.
Versatile, attractive, durable November 20, 2009 S. Saunders (Rocky Mountains USA) I bought 4 of these one-quart bowls years ago at an outlet store. They are attractive, and are still in great condition after years of use including frequent microwaving and washing in the dishwasher. I often use them to make meal-sized salads for myself. They are also great for nuking soups and stews, as serving dishes, and for popcorn and similar snacks.
I recently decided to replace my old everyday earthenware dishes with a set of Corelle winter white dishes, based in large part on how much I like these one-quart bowls.
beautiful and durable November 4, 2009 Ernest Trigg (San Diego, CA) I had a bowl like this for twenty years that broke (not easy to do with Corelle ware). I am amazed and delighted that I could replace it. The Winter Frost White is in much better taste than the bowl I had. If you have never had Corelle dishes, they are great. I recommend the small bowls too (which I already had bought elsewhere.) E. T. Trigg
Corelle Winter Frost White Serving bowls August 5, 2009 R. Dempsey (Northern AZ, USA) We have long used these bowls for salad, cereal and soup and normally have purchased them at Walmart. Amazon had them less pricey and in stock, whereas I couldn't even find them on the Walmart site. Internet shopping is our preference since we live out of the city and I was delighted to be able to order the exact pieces I needed. Shipping was reasonable and took no time at all to receive. Amazon continues to be a great source of goods for us.
One Durable Bowl August 25, 2008 Nuknuk (Springfield, VA United States) Corelle plates and bowls have been with our household ever since I remember.
We used to have (we still have them but they are on the shelves) Corelles with color designs but we decided to stick with simple plain ones which is easier to match.
Pros:
-Durable. Me and my wife have dropped them many times; and they don't break easily.
-Scratch & knife resistant.
-Light. Less stress for our kitchen shelves.
-Microwave safe
-Easy to clean
-Dishwasher safe
