Mostly pros, a few cons February 17, 2010 MystinaMarie (Illinois, USA) I've had these chopsticks for about 6 months and mostly love them! Before these I had a jade set which were very fragile and cracked. These are squared handles, easier to grip and a rounded part on the bottom. I haven't noticed difficulty in eating, but other reviewers have pointed that out.
The only cons for me are that sometimes (esp. w/ soups) they can become warm b/c they're metal. Also, they are too thin to fit in our dishwasher utensil basket so they need to be washed by hand.
Other than that we have really enjoyed them. They're clean and sleek looking, lightweight, and a good deal for a set of 4!

I love these chopsticks! I use them all the time. As chopsticks (of course), to stir drinks, to beat eggs, etc. You can wash them with impunity, not worried that they'll absorb the water or that you'll damage the lacquer.
My only caution is that they WILL get hot if you leave them in a hot dish for an extended length of time. They cool off fast, too, though.
OK chopsticks November 6, 2009 willie (pineapple park, FL, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
made in China with no indication of metal composition in the labeling, these 'stainless' chopsticks had no discernible flaws and all edges were smooth... although they did not taper to as fine a point as i would prefer or have graduated ringed tips, these implements should serve well for much longer than bamboo or lacquered chopsticks...
after various attempts to use these with noodle soups, my recommendation is to NOT purchase these; instead, get ones with graduated, ringed tips (i found a set locally for less than the items here) - they will work *much* better than smooth-tipped sticks
update: a quick fix is to use your Dremel with a blunted cutting wheel to put in your own graduated rings - took me about two minutes to do two pairs - all you need is a steady hand and a gentle pressure - now the sticks work just fine for slippery foods - problem solved
Great for the price October 18, 2009 Michael Egan I am extremely pleased with the 2 sets that I bought. They are lasting well and go great with any stainless steel flatware.
Stainless Chopsticks October 10, 2009 J. Koch (Kansas) We haven't had much of a chance to use these yet but we like that they will last forever and are so easy to clean! They also are great because they are not totally round (just flat enough to not roll around) and they are easy to use!
